Heather Graboyes

Heather Graboyes is a law clerk in the firm’s litigation department.  Ms. Graboyes joined the firm in 2021 during her second year of law school.  Before joining the firm, and prior to law school, Ms. Graboyes spent nearly a decade serving clients as a paralegal in the practice area of Estate and Trust Litigation.

Ms. Graboyes earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Florida Atlantic University.  In 2022, she received her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she graduated with honors (cum laude).

During law school, Ms. Graboyes worked on perfecting her legal research, writing, and trial advocacy skills.  She was a teaching assistant for legal research and writing, an active member of the trial team, and served as President of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Society.  Ms. Graboyes was recognized for her exceptional commitment to public service for completing more than 160 hours of pro bono work and was recognized by the Dean for her outstanding academic achievements.

Ms. Graboyes is a South Florida native who enjoys spending her free time with her family and her golden doodles, Lily and Beau.
