Sophia M. Scarcella, Esq. is an associate attorney at Beller Smith, P.L., practicing in the areas of estate and tax planning, charitable giving, and trust and estate administration.
Ms. Scarcella earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a minor in Sociology, from Florida Atlantic University. Ms. Scarcella earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, where she ranked first in her Trusts and Estates course and received the highest grade. While in law school, Ms. Scarcella received awards for most outstanding project.
Prior to joining Beller Smith, Ms. Scarcella practiced at boutique firms focusing on trusts and estates matters.
Ms. Scarcella is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law and the Tax Law sections of the Florida Bar.
