Jacob Gordon, J.D., LL.M. is an associate attorney at Beller Smith, P.L., where he focuses his practice on sophisticated estate planning, advanced tax planning, trust and estate administration, and charitable giving. He brings a thoughtful approach to solving complex legal and tax issues for high-net-worth individuals and families.
Jacob earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2025. While at Stetson, he served as Treasurer of the Student Bar Association and as a Teaching Assistant for a Research and Writing course. He also clerked for one year at a reputable estate and tax planning firm in Clearwater, where he gained practical experience in estate planning matters.
Jacob earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2026. During his time at UF, he served as the LL.M. Representative for the Student Bar Association and received the book award for the highest grade in Estate Planning. Jacob joined Beller Smith, P.L. in June 2026. His academic background and practical experience show a commitment to excellence in both tax and estate planning.
Jacob is a member of The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, the Tax Section, and the Young Lawyers Division. He is also involved with the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, including its Corporate, Business & Bankruptcy Committee, Estate Planning, Probate & Tax Committee, and Young Lawyers Section.
Raised in Boca Raton, Jacob is deeply connected to the South Florida community and is committed to providing responsive, high-quality legal services tailored to each client’s goals.
Outside of the office, Jacob enjoys pickleball, golf, and birding. He is involved with the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County and is a member at B’nai Torah Synagogue.
