Briana Molina, Esq. is an associate attorney at Beller Smith, P.L., focusing on estate and trust litigation and administration. Before joining the firm, Ms. Molina gained civil litigation experience as a litigation associate attorney with Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. Thereafter, she continued her career as a litigation associate attorney in the marital and family law sector with Nason, Yeager, Gerson, Harris & Fumero, P.A.
Ms. Molina earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University College of Law in 2023, where she was a member of the Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic and Women’s Law Forum. In 2019, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University.
Born in New Jersey and raised in South Florida, Ms. Molina graduated with honors from Palm Beach Central High School. Ms. Molina is an active member of the Florida Bar, the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section, the Tax Section, and the Young Lawyers Division.
